The Wheel of Choice helps students to resolve conflicts peacefully. Each choice on the wheel assists students in making positive steps. For example, students can "work it out" and discuss a better way to solve the disagreement. "Help them out" is a terrific choice involving offering to assist with the resolution of the conflict. "Change it out" gives students the option of changing to a difference activity. In addition, students are encouraged to "walk it out," or walk away from a conflict to "cool off" and refocus. Finally, if students still need support, they should always "talk it out" with an adult.
